This new design for a large Lodge has been commissioned for a client in Bedfordshire, though is currently awaiting planning approval.
Our client has recently relocated and is looking to build a new accommodation unit at the end of his garden, for use to accommodate his elderly parents, whilst affording them some independence. This lodge comprises a large open-plan living area with kitchenette, separate double bedroom and en-suite shower room.
