We do not want to stop meeting with our clients as (1) we would cease to have a business and (2) we really value the close interaction with our clients and believe strongly in a consultative design process.
So we have developed a convenient system of online meetings, using the great online meeting tool, www.gotomeeting.com. Now we can meet with our clients online whilst chatting over the telephone (or VoIP if you are that way inclined!) and as a result, we are committed to sharing some of the cost savings whilst also making a positive contribution to the reduction of our carbon footprint ...
For every unique customer who completes an online design consultation, we will donate £15 to the Woodland Trust's plant a tree campaign - enough to plant and nurture a native sapling at 1 of 5 sites across the UK.
Furthermore, if you choose an online meeting in preference to a home visit (only available Mon-Fri, 10.00am to 4.00pm), we can offer a quicker response as well as more flexible appointment times, including weekday evenings and weekends. And you don't even need to be at home for the meeting - just fit in the online meeting around your working day!
